Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the 2022 MCH Handbook Committee, we cordially invite you and your networks to our upcoming 13th International Conference on the Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Handbook at Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, Canada on August 24 – 25, 2022. Following the current public health situation, the conference will be a fully hybrid experience, with limited spots for in person.
Conference Theme: “Making Me Visible”
Keeping up with the traditions of the MCH Handbook Conferences, we hope to promote health equity, support social inclusion, and bring the health of mothers and their children to the forefront of the world. This year the COVID-19 pandemic has introduced additional stressors in the area of maternal and child health. Accordingly, it is urgent that we prioritize accessible and equitable maternal care, reflect on the impact of global crises on the implementation and use of the MCH Handbook, and identify future trajectories and strategies to ensure success.
