Instructions for guests:
Payment is due at the time of booking and you will be redirected to a payment portal. After payment, additional services will be listed, including the ability to request roommates, parking, and other options if applicable.
Please note that the system can only book one bed per person. You cannot select multiple beds in a single transaction, and the same person cannot book overlapping dates.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
All conference registrations are final. Pegasus Institute does not provide refunds for registration fees.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may appoint another person to attend in your place. Substitution requests must be submitted by the original registrant and received by email no later than April 1, 2026. After this date, substitutions cannot be processed. Please send written requests for changes or substitutions to [email protected].
