Conference Theme: Interconnected Futures: Pathways to Justice in Global Health, Peace, and Environmental Sustainability

PEGASUS Institute was developed as a result of a series of engaging and action-oriented bi-annual conferences. PEGASUS Conference aimed to advance awareness and understanding of Peace, Global Health, and Sustainability through bi-annual conference events. The conference engaged the next generation of leaders by bringing together health professionals, including physicians, nurses and trainees, policymakers, academics, researchers, students, health-related organizations, community members, and an array of speakers to share ideas and strategies about Global Health.
The 2020 conference was cancelled due to the pandemic, but the ongoing work connecting peace, environmental sustainability, and health led to the development of PEGASUS Non-Profit, which later applied for charitable status.
The conferences will continue, with the next one planned for 2026.
